Description As soon as the aircraft door opens, and you are greeted by the sweet scent of nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cinammon, you will realise you are somewhere very special. A glimpse out of the aircraft windows will reveal crystal clear seas lapping the shore on one side, and swirling mist and cloud high up on the rainforest covered mountain on the other.
A swift 10 minute transfer later and you will be enjoying a cool drink in your hotel, knowing that you have arrived at one of the world's few unspoilt tropical paradises. Surf, Sail and Cycle
The Surf, Sail and Cycle centre is located amongst the shady palms of the Allamanda Beach Resort, smack bang in the middle of the 4 glorious kilometres of white sand that is known as Grand Anse.
Sailing and Windsurfing
Prevailing winds are cross-offshore, light in the morning, building to force 3-4 most afternoons, sometimes more, with very little shore break. Geneda is therefore excellent for beginner and intermedediate windsurfers. The dingy sailing is ideal for all abilities with steady breezes and a great choice of dinghies
