In the protected inner islands, winds are predictable and you will find a myriad of anchorages among the turquoise waters. Our yachts and catamarans in the Seychelles range from 35ft to 46ft.
Set in thwe Indian Ocean four degrees south of the equator and a thousand miles east of Africa, the cruising area here stretches from Mahe island home of our charter base, and encompasses all its surrounding islands up to Bird island and Denis in the north.
Wind and Sailing Conditions The inner islands usually enjoy predictable winds particularly from October to April. Mid December to end of February can be the wettest months and so it best that you bring light wet weather clothing. When navigating through the coral, you will need to pay close attention to your charts and cruise guide.
Dining Ashore The native Seychellois-Creole cuisine offers a mouth-watering array of food to please any palette, from fruit and freshly caught fish to vegetables and spices. Most dining ashore is based around the hotels and guest houses which specialise in local menus. You'll find many French and Chinese restaurants on Mahe.
